Humpback whales, sea turtles, dolphins, and tropical fish abound in the warm ocean waters. December to April you're sure to see whales from the lanai. Wake up to the sunrise with complementary coffee. Play tennis on the free court. Choose a nearby beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Then enjoy the large pool and jacuzzi spa in a lush garden setting.

Perfect for families, kids can safely walk to all the best beaches. Poipu Beach Park (rated the #1 beach in America), Brennecke's Beach, and Shipwreck Beach are a short walk from your door. At the end of the day, the sunset over Niihau is always breathtaking.

Our spacious, 1200 square foot condominium is decorated with island-style furnishings and art. The living room, very private lanai, and master suite have a direct ocean view unobstructed by civilization. Ceiling fans in every room and the ocean breezes keep the condo cool. New carpet, tile and paint since 2002.

The sparkling white tile kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity including a dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator with icemaker. Japanese shoji doors open to the master suite which has a king bed, private bath with tub and shower, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has twin beds, a full bath, and a tranquil garden view.

While relaxing indoors you have cable TV, a VCR and DVD player (plays MP3), lots of movies, CD stereo, games, and books. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a direct-dial cordless phone with answering machine. Sleeps six. There is portable child bed in the unit. You are close to Poipu Village and Old Koloa Town shopping and restaurants. Poipu Bay and Kiahuna golf courses are nearby.
