This is a great house to just relax and enjoy the open view because the living room wall toward the ocean is all windows. This house has wood floors, new granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, all new appliances, and a hot tub. The master bedroom is literally 50 feet from the ocean and looks out over famous Rabbit Island. You can watch the kids play, on one of the truly private beaches on Oahu, from the comfort of your covered lanai (porch) as you sip your mai tai.

There is a beautiful grass area next to the lanai, where you can lounge away the day on the hammock between the coconut trees. Now you need to be careful, because if you fall out of your hammock,you might actually land in the water.

Your kids will enjoy feeding the koi fish and you will enjoy the sound of the water falling into the pond. For privacy there is an electric gate onto the property. The roof supports and arches on the lanai are amas (arms) from an old Hawaiian outrigger canoe, and there is a nice wooden table with chairs and a gas bbq. Sit down, relax and enjoy the sun rise as you drink your Bad Ass Coffee.

The kitchen is a cooks dream, large granite counter tops, high end range, stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice/water, dishwasher, full size sink and bar sink, fully stocked and ready to feed the crew. The bathroom also has a granite counter top with two sinks, full size bathtub, and a separate two person/two shower head marble shower. There is also an outside hot/cold shower to rinse off when you come back from your swim or after a relaxing hot tub.

Two bedrooms, each with a king bed and a/c, one has a toilet en suite. The comfy living room has two sofas, oversized chair, large screen TV, DVD, cable, and is open to the kitchen and dining room. The house has been completely remodeled in the last year, from the roof down.
